Send an email to email@example.com with your order number, the reference (s) you want to send back and the reason.
All returns must be sent via a tracked service and paid for by the customer as we do not provide free returns and we are unable to cover additional duties and fees charged for returns.
How long does it take to process a return?
Our warehouse staff will alert us once your returned item has arrived, and we’ll promptly issue a refund. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank account. If your return tracking shows as "delivered" and you have not received a refund, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get you your money back right away.
Can I return or exchange a gift?
To return or exchange an item you received as a gift, please send an email to email@example.com If possible, please provide the first and last name of the person that placed the initial order.
What if I received the wrong item in my shipment?
Don’t worry! We’ll make it right. If you receive an incorrect item in your shipment, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
If you want to make an exchange for another size, you will need to make a return and place a new order. Please, email us at email@example.com
